ClientDeskAI records and transcribes calls by default. Recordings and transcripts may be used for quality assurance, customer support, troubleshooting, workflow automation (including CRM notes), analytics, and service improvement.

Your responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws regarding call recording, consent, and disclosure in all relevant jurisdictions.

3) How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Site and Services
  • Create and manage accounts
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Operate AI receptionist features (including recording and transcription)
  • Provide customer support and troubleshooting
  • Prevent fraud/abuse and secure the platform
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements

4) How We Share Information
